We can provide you a personal assistant (PA), or an executive secretary or personal/private secretary, to provide you with all the administrative support. To help and make the best use of your time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. Tasks are likely to include:
- Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to provide general assistance
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and help and arrange with legacy documents, that you may need
- Offer assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to help resolve a range of personal, work, and family problems.
Some PAs do all the secretarial work themselves and or take responsibility for recruiting and training junior staff and delegate some of the less demanding and confidential work to them.
